We are actively looking for investment opportunities.  We primarily invest in industrial properties in Southern California and are expanding our property acquisitions to other Western States.  We specialize in value added, mismanaged, undermanaged, and underutilized properties but will consider stabilized properties as well. With our financial resources, knowledge and expertise, our goal is to reposition these properties in order to maximize returns.

Acquisition Criteria

PEAK Real Estate Management’s investment focus is value-added industrial real estate with the following acquisition criteria:

  • Region: Southern California and Western States (Arizona, Nevada, Utah)
  • Product Type: Multi-tenant and single tenant industrial and mixed-use buildings
  • Price Range: $3M-$25M; All Cash or Leveraged
  • Below replacement Cost

We specialize in mismanaged and underutilized properties.
